Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Please note that the timeframes are provided by Royal Mail and occasional delays may be possible. All services besides 1st and 2nd class are fully trackable on the Royal Mail website.
For free delivery, orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please check your spam folder if you can't find your tracking email from us. It will be added to your order notes.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide! The following delivery charges apply to orders outside of the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary from 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to problems and restrictions with customs or prohibited imports, we are no longer able to ship to New Zealand, Spain or the Republic of Ireland (due to AnPost not allowing our customs codes through).
Please note that if you live in Western Australia, we are not able to ship original Star Food due to restrictions on importing bee pollen to WA. Star Food original is the only product on our site containing bee pollen. Star Food Vegan does not contain bee pollen, and nor do any of our other products.

• Orders booked through a courier may be shipped the next working day if ordered close to 2pm.
• Product weights are calculated based on product size attributes and are to be taken as an approximate price. For orders over 5kg shipping prices will be applied at checkout. Courier parcels will be sent via UPS, FedEx or other courier; please note these are not a next day delivery service.
• Orders above £200 will be sent via courier.
• Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order, Star Food (Atomic Health Ltd) will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Atomic Health Ltd will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by foreign customs.
