I think it was over a year ago when I first started to take this product. Since that time I take a tsp in water every morning. Have to say my focus and clarity have improved, and overall I continue to have really good health. I have suffered from low mood in the past but cannot remember the last time I was low. I am 72 years of age and am happy to recommend this product to anyone. I always buy it direct from Star Food as I trust them to deliver good products and have had no issues at all.
